We have parking for one car directly outside the property and we accept one well behaved dog.

Only guests who have booked to stay may visit the property, without prior agreement Please keep pets downstairs - there is a baby gate to stop them following you. Please try to keep pets off the furniture - or use the blankets provided to protect the sofas. Feel free to use the pet towels provided to wipe muddy paws. Please be conscious of our neighbours: and try to keep noise down by 10pm. Please advise of any breakages or problems you encounter during your stay; we will not seek to charge for accidental damage of small items If anything’s not quite right, please let us know straight away; we’d much rather fix it there and then than hear later that something wasn’t quite as you’d hoped. The best way to contact me is 07854 337 136. No smoking inside or outside please - our cottage is not suitable for smokers. No candles or other naked flames In case of fire the assembly point is outside the front door on the street – for further information please read the Fire Safety section at the back of this book. Please take care to dispose of rubbish: if your pooch should need to use the garden please pick up after them using poo bags provided - these can be popped in the outside bin. Thank You

We’ve just got back from a lovely last minute stay at Sea View Terrace. The cottage is in a great central location, felt homely and was immaculate inside. Parking outside was an added bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend.

Fantastic small cottage in the middle of conwy 2 minutes from main street, with castle walls behind you. Nice clean kitchen, comfy sofas and bed. All amenities we needed, will be back.

We absolutely loved the location, 2 mins walk from all the shops and restaurants/bars, 5 mins walk from the harbour. Spotlessly clean, excellent facilties, great attention to detail... they have absolutely thought of everything including a lovely welcome card. Extremely comfortable bed and great decor throughout. A very lovely place to stay in the heart of Conwy, host was very informative and helpful. Bed was very comfy and lovely large fluffy towels and more home comforts that made the stay even better. Dog friendly with a basket of goodies for the stay.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and fully equipped. There was a welcome basket for the humans and our little dog, and Sarah was so on-the-ball making sure we had everything we needed. The location is at the heart of Conwy but in a quiet corner, and there's even parking adjacent to the cottage. Couldn't ask for more!
