Despite its central location, the cottage offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat, ideal for a quiet getaway. The property has two double bedrooms, making it well suited for couples, families or friends. There is an outdoor area where you can unwind after a day exploring.. This cottage is an ideal base for enjoying all Conwy has to offer.

We have parking for one car directly outside the property and we accept one well behaved dog.

Please keep pets downstairs - there is a baby gate to stop them following you.
Please try to keep pets off the furniture - or use the blankets provided to protect the sofas. Feel free to use the pet towels provided to wipe muddy paws.
Please be conscious of our neighbours: and try to keep noise down by 10pm.
Please advise of any breakages or problems you encounter during your stay; we will not seek to charge for accidental damage of small items
If anything’s not quite right, please let us know straight away; we’d much rather fix it there and then than hear later that something wasn’t quite as you’d hoped. The best way to contact me is 07854 337 136.
No smoking inside or outside please - our cottage is not suitable for smokers.
No candles or other naked flames
In case of fire the assembly point is outside the front door on the street – for further information please read the Fire Safety section at the back of this book.
Please take care to dispose of rubbish: if your pooch should need to use the garden please pick up after them using poo bags provided - these can be popped in the outside bin.

The owner was so lovely and very helpful the house was very comfortable and very clean. There was a dog hamper and tennis balls for my dogs which was a lovely touch overall was an amazing stay definitely would stay again. There was no faults at all. No faults at all

The perfect little cottage!
The hosts have thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is exceptionally clean and tidy with so many lovely touches that make it feel comfy and homely The hosts were equally lovely to deal with. It is situated so close to the centre of Conwy and a very short walk from the station. I would recommend everyone to stay here. The only negative is that we only stayed for two nights, as I could easily have spent a week here!

The cottage was spotless , lovely decor, has everything you'd have at home including fresh milk ready for our first cuppa on arrival 😀. No reflection on the high standard of the property but the parking was a tad tricky as very tight street & had to reverse up the street to park.
Once mastered though it was fine 🙂

Location was fantastic. Parking outside was handy. Outdoor area was enclosed and a sun trap. Clean and well maintained. Nicely dog friendly. Welcome pack was a bonus. Good correspondence from the host. Comfy bed, sofa and soft rug. High quality furniture and cleaning products. Exceeded all expectations and so close to town and beach. Thank you. NA. It was lovely. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the location, 2 mins walk from all the shops and restaurants/bars, 5 mins walk from the harbour. Spotlessly clean, excellent facilties, great attention to detail... they have absolutely thought of everything including a lovely welcome card. Extremely comfortable bed and great decor throughout. A very lovely place to stay in the heart of Conwy, host was very informative and helpful. Bed was very comfy and lovely large fluffy towels and more home comforts that made the stay even better. Dog friendly with a basket of goodies for the stay.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and fully equipped. There was a welcome basket for the humans and our little dog, and Sarah was so on-the-ball making sure we had everything we needed. The location is at the heart of Conwy but in a quiet corner, and there's even parking adjacent to the cottage. Couldn't ask for more!
